That one change makes the 1.04 rom act just like the 1.01 rom and I can now undervolt with TS just as before - woot! With undervolt (no TDP mod) of 120mv core and 90mv cache seeing Cinebench r20 score of 3813. Synapse CPU set to boost and GPU to Medium.
